Hi everyone and welcome to my website!

My father always told me that “everyone has a gift, and you just have to find yours.” For me, my gift is the ability to use words to connect, inspire, and create meaning. I’ve learned that effective communication isn’t just about speaking; it begins with listening, understanding, and shaping messages that truly resonate.

I am Siena Varano, a junior at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, majoring in public relations with a minor in sports management. My passion for sports was sparked during childhood trips to Yankee Stadium, where I experienced the energy, tradition, and community that athletics create. I strive to create the connections I felt towards the Yankees at such a young age and craft relationships that go beyond the game of sports.

At Syracuse, I’ve been able to bring that passion into my work, combining my love of sports with my passion of telling stories that matter. My goal is to embrace the power of storytelling in public relations to build authentic connections between organizations and their audiences. I aim to create relationships based on trust and impact connections that go beyond a traditional scope, using my voice to shape narratives that are impactful and leave a lasting impression.
